Use this form to update your details relating to a property that you are the owner, including:

- company name
- ABN
- ACN
- contact number
- postal address
- email
This form cannot be used for changes to property ownership, a Notice of Acquisition is required.
Only the property owner, or their legal representative, is authorised to change the name/s or mailing address for the property, with the approved documentation attached.
By completing this change of details request, you give Brimbank City Council the authorisation to update the relevant information on the property account.
This request can be used to update all properties and pet registrations that are associated with your Council profile.
What you need to apply
- Property assessment number
- A copy of the Power of attorney document if you have authority to act on the behalf of others
- Change of name, requires proof to be provided in the form of a Marriage Certificate or change of name certificate via official documentation through the Births, Deaths and Marriages
- Pet registration numbers
