The Victorian Seniors Festival returns this October with entertainment and events celebrating older Victorians right across Victoria.
This year, older Victorians can choose from an anticipated 2,000 events and activities. From concerts and live music to dances, exhibitions, film festivals, and activities, there’s something for everyone.
Victorian Seniors Card and Seniors Business Discount Card cardholders can enjoy eight days of free public transport throughout Victoria from 6 to 13 October 2024. This includes travel across all metropolitan services, V/Line train and coach services, and selected regional bus services outside of the myki-enabled area.
The Victorian Seniors Festival Country Concert series returns to bring the fun of the Festival to rural communities. The popular Victorian Seniors Festival Aged Care Tour will bring magic, music, and entertainment to aged care residents across the state, so they can also enjoy great Festival performances.

While we run programs and activities throughout the year for seniors, the festival also provides chances to learn more about how to enjoy the best of health and wellness during these important years of their lives. We will once again invite seniors to join us for special events at Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre, Keilor Basketball Stadium, Brimbank Libraries, and Neighbourhood Houses.
