Reusable nappies

Reusable nappies have become more user friendly than the cloth nappies of the past. Today, they've been designed to mimic the fit and performance of disposable nappies and suit babies of all shapes and sizes.

Reusable nappies provide great savings, reduces waste and lowers the impact on the environment. Disposable nappies can cost around $3,600 per child over 2.5 years. Switching to reusables can save approximately $2,270 per child during that time.

Brimbank was part of 'The Nappy Project' with 13 other Victorian councils to reduce waste in landfill and encourage environmentally friendly options.
