Each year Local Government Victoria conducts a state-wide community satisfaction survey to measure our community’s level of satisfaction with our performance in relation to:

  • overall performance
  • community consultation
  • advocacy
  • making community decisions
  • sealed local roads
  • customer service, and
  • overall Council direction, as well as 23 service areas.

The report highlights our results, benchmarked against:

  • performance in the previous year
  • state-wide results and
  • the Melbourne-Metro group.
