A permit will only be issued once the payment has been processed.
Upon assessment of all the criteria, a permit may include various conditions where the holder of the permit must adhere to these conditions at all times.

What you need to apply
- A current copy of your public liability insurance (certificate of currency) to the value of $20,000,000 valid for the period of the permit and listing Brimbank as an interested party; and
- A signed and completed form of indemnity (36.6 KB) indemnifying Council from any liability of your business
- A credit card to make the payment
This application will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
