Our Stand Alone Food and Drink Premises Policy (PDF 132KB) outlines what is required to set up and run a venue preparing and selling food to people outside, where customers are generally served through a window or opening and there is no inside seating for diners.
This policy applies to permanent, semipermanent and moveable structures, but is not relevant for food and drink vans or stalls set up to cater for temporary events, fundraisers or markets.
