H.V. McKay Memorial Gardens have been an important part of people’s lives in Brimbank for over 100 years. The gardens are of great historical significance as they're the earliest example of an industrial garden in Victoria and the only heritage listed garden in Brimbank.
Our H.V. McKay Memorial Gardens Management Plan (PDF 5.3MB) has been developed in close partnership with the Friends of H.V. McKay Memorial Gardens.
The plan guides H.V. McKay Memorial Gardens through future challenges such as climate change and increased pressure from urban densification, ensuring the Gardens history and splendour remain for many generations to come.
