Nominate a remarkable young citizens who inspires all with their passion and commitment to creating a brighter future for Brimbank. Whether they've initiated community projects, volunteers their time for worthy causes or demonstrates remarkable acts of kindness, we want to honour their achievements.
To be eligible, the person must be a resident of Brimbank and an Australian citizen aged between 16 and 25 years as at May 2025
Completing the online nomination form will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Please note that each question requires a minimum response of 150 words, unless otherwise indicated.
- Before you begin, make sure you have the following information on hand, as the form cannot be saved for later completion:
- Contact details for the individual, group, or organisation you are nominating.
- Contact details for your nomination supporter or referee, along with a 200-word support statement.
- Any relevant attachments, such as media coverage, photographs, references, etc., to support your nomination.
