Nominate an individual, business, not-for-profit or an incorporated organisation who has demonstrated passion and dedication to enhancing the vibrant arts scene, preserved our cultural heritage or played a pivotal role in showcasing Brimbank as a destination of choice.
From talented artists and dedicated cultural ambassadors to innovative tourism initiatives, we're seeking nominations for those who have made a significant impact in enriching our cultural landscape. Let's celebrate those who bring colour and vibrancy to our community.
Completing the online nomination form will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Please note that each question requires a minimum response of 150 words, unless otherwise indicated.
Before you begin, make sure you have the following information on hand, as the form cannot be saved for later completion:
- Contact details for the individual, group, or organisation you are nominating.
- Contact details for your nomination supporter or referee, along with a 200-word support statement.
- Any relevant attachments, such as media coverage, photographs, references, etc., to support your nomination.
