The Brimbank Multicultural Women’s Leadership Program is the latest offering in our Community Leadership programs. It supports women from diverse backgrounds to build confidence, develop leadership skills and strengthen their role in the community.
Women and girls make up almost half of Brimbank’s population, and many experience barriers such as unemployment, unpaid caring responsibilities, limited mobility and poorer health outcomes. This program responds to these challenges by creating meaningful opportunities for women to connect, learn and lead.
Participants will come together to share experiences, explore practical leadership skills and work collaboratively on community projects that make a difference in Brimbank.
