The Community Transport Service operates Monday to Friday for eligible older people and people with a disability who use Brimbank community facilities and services such as:
- senior citizen groups
- shopping
A pre-service commencement checklist or screening will be completed with the persons. This service does not require a My Aged Care assessment.
