Use this form to request a Development Contributions Plan (DCP) Levy Invoice.
If you are unsure of any aspects of this form, don’t worry, as we will undertake an assessment of the DCP requirements for the development site, when we process your request. Once your request form is submitted, our DCP Officer will send an email confirming all your details prior to generating an invoice.
Note:
- Commercial refers to Office or Commercial Office uses
- Retail refers to Shops, and Food and Drink Premises
